Registration & Administration

How do I register for a public program?

Registration is completed through the Kiroyan Partners Institute website by selecting your preferred program and following the registration and payment instructions.

Payments are currently accepted via bank transfer. Payment instructions, including the designated bank account details, will be provided upon registration.

Once your payment has been verified, our team will send you a confirmation via WhatsApp and/or email containing your registration details.

Depending on the program, participants may be able to choose between:
- Workshop/Training Only
- Workshop/Training + Coaching

Available registration options are listed on each individual program page.

No. Coaching is available only for selected programs. Where offered, coaching will be clearly indicated on the individual program page.

No. Coaching is designed as an extension of the learning experience and is available only to participants who register for the corresponding workshop or training program.

Participants are welcome to attend both the workshop/training and coaching sessions. If you are unable to attend the workshop or training session, you may still participate in the coaching session. However, because the coaching builds upon concepts and frameworks introduced during the workshop or training, attending both components is strongly recommended to maximize your learning experience.

Seats are confirmed only after payment has been received and verified. As places are limited, we recommend completing payment as early as possible to secure your participation.

If your registration is being paid for by your employer or requires an internal approval or procurement process, please let our team know when you register. We will work with you to facilitate the registration process and provide the necessary supporting documents, such as quotations or invoices, where required.

Yes. To maintain an interactive and effective learning experience, participant numbers are intentionally limited. Once a program reaches capacity, registration will be closed.

Yes. Organizations are welcome to register multiple participants for the same public program, subject to seat availability. If you are planning to enroll a larger group or would like a program tailored to your organization's needs, we encourage you to contact our team to discuss customized in-house training options.

Yes. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another participant from the same organization by notifying our team before the program begins.

Yes. A full refund is available for cancellations made 14 days or more before the program. Cancellations made 7–13 days before the program are eligible for a 50% refund. Unfortunately, no refunds can be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the program.

Programs may be delivered online, offline, or in a hybrid format, depending on the learning objectives, participant profile, and program design. Please refer to the individual program page for the delivery format of each program.
